A Britis world champion gurner has finally had her feat officially recognised by Guinness World Records for World’s Ugliest Woman. Anne Woods was accepted into the record books after winning the world title 27 times. The contest takes place in her hometown of Egremont, Cumbria, at its regular Crab Fair. And after her latest success in September, her daughter Brenda Hoey applied to have her included in the prestigious tome. Judges have now confirmed Anne, 62 – who performs to the sound of Babybird’s hit You’re Gorgeous – will appear in the next edition of the book alongside fellow Cumbrian Tommy Mattinson, who has won the men’s title eleven times.

35-year-old Kenny Easterday was born with the rare disability called sacral agenesis. To improve his mobility, his legs were amputated at the hip when he was young. He has only two hands, however, he has normal life. Easterday gained some notoriety following the 1988 release of the Canadian movie The Kid Brother (1988), in which he played a fictionalized version of himself. The film developed a small “cult” following in Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom, as is evident from its reference on a variety of fan sites. To this day, Kenny Easterday refuses to use a prosthesis, preferring to walk on his hands or use a skateboard. He was married at the age of 19 to an able-bodied woman named Sarah and he currently appears as a regular on The Jerry Springer Show as The Messenger.
Kenny became the focus of a special on TLC titled “The Man with Half a Body”. On the show, Kenny would find out if he is the father of one of the 2 children of his fiancée.
During the special, the paternity results came back and have shown that Kenny is not the biological father of Nikki’s daughter, Desiree. However, he still considers Desiree, “his girl” and Dylan, “his boy”. Since the show has aired, Kenny and his fiancée are no longer together.
